Byriders may be displayed in a separate results table and are not included in members’ individual points or pairs standings.

Historical match results may remain available as part of the club’s sporting record. Anyone with concerns about published personal information should contact the club. We will consider each request in light of the person’s rights and the club’s legitimate interest in maintaining accurate historical results.

8. Photographs and videos

Photographs or videos may be taken during matches, presentations and other club events.

Where appropriate, we will ask for permission before using identifiable photographs for advertising, promotional material or other uses beyond routine reporting of club activities.

Anyone who does not wish to appear in photographs should inform a committee member or the person taking the photograph.

Extra care will be taken where children or vulnerable individuals are involved. A parent or guardian may be asked for permission before identifiable images of a junior angler are published.

Where a participant is under 18, we may collect information from their parent or guardian.
